JYG
JYG is an organization for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students looking for an opportunity to have fun and learn, with topics directed toward their interests. We meet twice a month, on Wednesdays, usually the week before and after the St. Mary's of the Hills' GIFT program sessions. The JYG Hunger service project is scheduled for Wednesday May 30th at 6:30 PM at The First Congregational Church on Pine Street in downtown Rochester. We will be providing service to our local community through Blessings in a Backpack by packing food into bags. These food donation bags are delivered to Rochester elementary schools and given to children to help feed them at home on the weekends. What a wonderful service: helping kids!
