FORMS To request an event to be held on the Parish grounds, an Event and Building Request Form must be submitted and approved by the Parish Office. If the event you are scheduling is within the next 7 days, you must also call the Maintenance Office (248-844-8665) to ensure staff is available to meet your needs. To CANCEL or CHANGE an event that has already been scheduled, please complete the Event Change Form. All of these forms may be completed and submitted online. Any questions or concerns? Giving Forms There are many ways to share your blessings with St. Mary of the Hills. You may donate money automatically using a credit card or paypal or from your checking account. Please use the appropriate Giving form to set this up. Volunteer Forms You may volunteer your time and talent. Please use the Volunteer form to indicate the ministries of interest.
