Pontiac Area Vicariate Representative Needed. St. Mary’s is looking for a volunteer to be our Rep for the Pontiac Area Vicariate. Responsibilities include attending a meeting on the first Tuesday of every month from 7-9 PM as well as attending our monthly Parish Council meeting on the third Saturday of each month from 8-11 AM. The main responsibility of the rep is to share information back and forth between the Vicariate and St. Mary’s.

Family Fellowship Planning Team
St. Mary of the Hills would like to form a Family Fellowship Ministry. The purpose of this ministry would be to dedicate themselves to helping families of all ages and sizes to connect with other families in the parish.

Women’s Fellowship
Last month, over 40 women ventured out in the snow to attend our first ever Bunco night hosted by St. Mary’s Women’s Fellowship ministry.  What fun we had competing against one another to acquire the most Buncos for the evening as well as the most wins!  As we moved around the room from table to table, we had a chance to catch up with some old friends as well as to introduce ourselves to some new ones.  The evening was not only filled with plenty of food and laughter but, most importantly, fun! 

To encourage the women of the parish to continue to “play” no matter their age, St. Mary’s Women’s Fellowship Group would like to host more evenings like this one.  In order to do that, though, we need some women to join our group and help plan some new events.
