We have done our best to inform adults (and children) about the text changes to the Mass, and we have only had a few minor glitches. I know, however, that we are in for a few bumps over the Christmas season. I say this because we will have many visitors who come from communities that haven’t been as comprehensive in how they have handled the transition to the new texts. Please know that I will continue to provide materials on the new translation over the next month, or so. If you hear of anyone who is struggling with the new translation, or who just needs a little more information about it, please direct their attention to the display in the narthex that is labeled “Mass Change Information.” Thank you.

St. Mary's offers all types of adult formation.  We offer several scripture studies each year, informational sessions on particular topics and other enrichment opportunities.  Some of the offerings are as follows:

Little Rock Scripture Study - Exodus:  Wednesday mornings, 10 am, beginning Sept 14, 2011

Little Rock Scripture Study - Psalms:  Wednesday afternoons, 1:30 pm, beginning September 14, 2011

Little Rock Scripture Study - Acts of the Apostles:  Monday evenings, 7 pm, beginning September 12, 2011

Women's Bible Study - James and Psalms -- Pearls for Wise Living: Tuesday mornings, 9:30 am, beginning October 4, 2011

Catechist Formation - Echoes of Faith Plus: Thursday evenings, 6:30 pm, beginning September 15, 2011

Formation to prepare adults for Sacraments - RCIA:  Wednesday evenings, 7 pm, beginning September 7, 2011

Christian Classics Book Club:  We usually meet on the 3rd Monday of eachmonth.  Please see the "book club" tab for more information
