We will be joining together for a Communal Celebration of Reconciliation. At the midpoint of the service our young people will have the opportunity to meet with a priest for individual, private reconciliation.
Please, for time sake, your child will not be able to “choose” which priest they celebrate the Sacrament with.

Saturday, March 7, 2009: Retreat at St. Mary of the Hills 1-5 p.m.
This retreat is an EXPECTATION for public, home-school, and Catholic
school students.
Easter 2009: All participation hours for first year of
preparation (10 hours) should be completed by this date. Your
Participation Hours Log Sheet may be turned in via mail or in person.
Easter 2009: You can begin the process of earning participation
hours for your second year of preparation now.
Spring 2010: You should have completed an
interview with the Religious Formation Coordinator and turned in all points for your
second year of preparation.
Spring 2010: Retreat at SUBIACO (details to follow)
Spring 2010: Confirmation Rehearsal
Spring 2010: Confirmation Celebration during 5 p.m. Mass
CONFIRMATION 2009 - Second Year Students
Thursday, January 8, 2009: Pre-Retreat Meeting at 7 p.m. for students attending the SUBIACO Retreat and at least one parent.
Sunday, March 15, 2009: Retreat at SUBIACO Retreat Center, Oxford, 2-7 p.m.
Monday, April 6, 2009: Final Confirmation interview should be completed no later than this date. Sign-up sheets will be available at the pre-retreat meeting, or you can call the RE Office after January 12th to set up an appointment.
Sunday, May 31, 2009: Confirmation practice, 7:00-8:00 p.m. Candidates and their sponsors (if available) should attend. We will start in the gym.
Saturday, June 6, 2009: Confirmation Celebration during 5 p.m. Mass. Candidates and their sponsors are to arrive by 4:30 p.m. AT THE LATEST! A reception will be provided following the Mass.
